Kruegermann Mild Fiesta Mix

Kruegermann Fiesta Mix is a salad made of fresh cucumbers, carrots, onion, red bell peppers, and cabbage. The vegetables are sliced or shredded and packed in a mild sweet and sour brine. This salad can be eaten by itself or served along with a meal.

The cucumbers used for Kruegermann Hot Fiesta Mix are grown on a family owned farm in Stockton, California. The cabbage comes from a local farmer in the Edna Valley near San Luis Obispo, California, who grows it from Kruegermann's special variety of seeds. The Fiesta Mix is pasteurized without using preservatives.
