Kruegermann Hot Fiesta Mix

Kruegermann Fiesta Mix is a salad made of fresh cucumbers, carrots, onion, red bell peppers, and cabbage.

The cucumbers used for Kruegermann Hot Fiesta Mix are grown on a family owned farm in Stockton, California. The cabbage comes from a local farmer in the Edna Valley near San Luis Obispo, California, who grows it from Kruegermann's special variety of seeds. The Fiesta Mix is pasteurized without using preservatives.

The vegetables are sliced or shredded and packed in a mild sweet and sour brine. This salad can be eaten by itself or served along with a meal.

This hot version has a little tingle of chili.
