Gurken is German for cucumbers. These peeled pickles are made to a sweet Polish recipe. The outer green skin of the cucumbers is peeled off manually, which makes this product a hand-crafted specialty. The cucumbers are halved or quartered and then packed in a mild sweet and sour brine along with Kruegermann's own blend of spices, onions, and herbs.
